Best breakfast award won for the New Bath Hotel and Chimney House Hotel.
Brook Hotels were proud to hear today, that the
New Bath Hotel
in Matlock Bath and
The Chimney House Hotel
in Sandbach, Cheshire, were the proud winners of the Visit Britain Award for Best
Breakfast.
|
Key Accounts Manager for Quality in Tourism said, "I thought
that you may like to hear that Visit England have introduced a new breakfast award
- and that you have received 2 of them - one for The Chimney House and one for the
New Bath. This is a great achievement and one to be proud of."
The new award recognises those hotels that offer their guests a quality and choice
of breakfast, service and hospitality that exceeds what would be expected at their
star rating. It will help visitors find those places where the owners, managers,
chefs and staff have gone the extra mile to ensure the breakfast will exceed expectations.
"This is excellent news for both Hotels and all the Head Office
Management team at Brook Hotels are thrilled with the news. Both General Managers,
Marc Coubrough of the New Bath Hotel and Lee Darwen of the Chimney House, have done
an excellent job in raising the standards of their breakfast product."
said Amit Ummat, Chairman of Brook Hotels. The standards are deliberately set thresholds
higher for establishments at the higher star ratings, to reflect guests' expectations.
