'Expected and received excellent service'
"I spent a couple of days earlier in the week, on company business, in Bracknell. I had not stayed at the Waterloo before, but expected and received excellent service. Certainly I, and my immediate colleagues, will book into the Waterloo rather than any other hotel when staying in the Bracknell area in the future.

This is all well and good, but the real reason I was so impressed was the staff. They all wanted to help! None more so than Ian Boast who must be the most helpful, cheerful and professional hotelier I have come across in years. He is a credit to your organisation. May I take this opportunity to wish you and your staff a busy and prosperous Christmas holiday season and look forward to staying at the Waterloo again in the New Year."

'Cozy inn with nice staff'
"My colleagues and I stayed at the Waterloo while at Wellington College on business. The rooms were warm and comfy - clean duvets and big towels. As an American who must have ice tea & coffee, the barkeep kindly filled my order every day - and remembered I needed sweet-n-low. It was rainy - and the front desk let me borrow an umbrella. The TV options are slim - only 4 channels. The housekeeping staff was nice and even folded and hung up my clothes. If you remember that people don't come to Britain for the food, you won't judge the offerings too harshly! Free wireless a plus and a cozy bar area."

'My place of choice...'
"Had been a little concerned about reviews, but this has become my location of choice for overnighters in the Bracknell area. The rooms have been clean and comfortable, staff helpful, the breakfast excellent and plentiful (although I agree about the radio) and evening meals in the restaurant varied and well cooked. The bar service seemed fine and not too expensive. My only problem has been the varible mobile reception. I suspect that I may have been lucky, but several colleagues feel the same way about the place."
