The New Bath Hotel is a magnificent 18th century property built in 1802 and set within 5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Situated in Matlock Bath village, The New Bath Hotel is on the border of the Peak District National Park and overlooks the breathtaking Derwent Gorge.

Hotel New Bath benefits from good transport links to nearby Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield and the M1 motorway, and if you trams are an interest you can ride on many working trams at the National Tramway Museum.

The New Bath Hotel has 55 en-suite and well appointed bedrooms including 2 romantic four poster bedrooms, canopied half tester rooms as well as Single, Double and Twin bedrooms. All rooms have been carefully designed and decorated in a traditional style.

The New Bath Hotel has first class leisure facilities including an 18th century spa with natural mineral springs from the ground, Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool which is open from June until September, and an indoor heated plunge pool, both fed by natural thermal springs. The Swimming Pool is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and will also be open on Bank holiday Monday. The indoor heated plunge pool is always open. The New Bath Hotel also has a sauna and a tennis court.
