'Our weekend was a great success'
On behalf of all the members of Raglan Lodge, I would like to thank you and all the Honiley Court Hotel staff for all the help, advice and hospitality you gave us during our Ladies Festival Weekend held between the 25-27 March 2011.

Our weekend was a great success, enjoyed by all.

I can not praise the staff enough. Every thing requested was dealt with instantly and with good humour. Nothing seemed too much to ask of them.

Our festival banquet was excellent and the service swift. Please pass on our grateful thanks to the chef and his team.

Thank you for recommending the band Ambience. They managed to get nearly all the guests up on to the dance floor, which is no mean feat and they certainly played the right mix of music.

Thank you for arranging the flowers and also the Photographer. Not having to worry about any of those details made organising the weekend a much easier task for our festival committee.

Clare did promise us that we would receive the highest standard of service from the team and we certainly did.

'a perfect day'
They made our wedding a perfect day Amazing co-ordination and service throughout our wedding day with any concerns during planning dealt with efficiently and effectively. The day couldn't have been any better and both our wedding breakfast and evening buffet were delicious. All our guests were very positive about their stay and their breakfasts the next morning. An excellent place to have wedding reception and to stay overnight.

Just e-mailing to say a massive thank you for making our wedding such a brilliant day. It was amazing from beginning to end and couldn't have done it without yours and all the staffs help. They worked really hard and were all very friendly. Thanks for everything.


'smooth running of our conference'
Just a note to say thank you to you and your team who helped with the smooth running of our conference held at the hotel on the 6th & 7th Oct. All I have had back from the event co-ordinators was positive feedback that the service provided was of a high standard. Only fault was the Tipperary Inn, not great feedback for this venue that was chosen by one of our team members, so if we are requiring to hold a conference at the hotel again in the future I think the general thought is to dine in next time!

'Good business hotel'
"Stayed here for one night and attended a conference at this hotel. I found the bedroom to be very pleasant, a large, well lit room with a king size bed, kettle, television, iron and ironing board. The room was well maintained, very clean, the furniture modern and attractive. The en-suite was bright, very clean and modern. No problems with hot water etc.

The public areas of the hotel were good, and the staff were excellent - very friendly and very efficient and helpful service. We ate both lunch and dinner, the food was nothing special but was entirely acceptable and pleasant. The bar facilities are very good, a small quiet bar area situated at one end of the hotel and hence reasonably quiet. All in all, recommended. We especially enjoyed the lift button set into the wall near reception but apparently no sign of a lift to accompany it."

'Perfect for a business trip'
"I stayed at this hotel whilst working at the NEC in Birmingham. The hotel is spotless, my room and my colleague’s rooms were all comfortable, well presented and had pretty much all you need for a business trip. The staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant and bar area are also nice and modern and the food above average for a hotel of this category. The drive to the NEC was fine and we didn't encounter too much traffic in the morning. We all felt that this hotel was great value for money and would probably stay here again when working at the NEC."

'Nice'
"Stayed here over Christmas was worried a bit due to past reviews but the hotel has recently had a refurb and i think it has changed ownership. It's in a beautiful location, the hotel is small and quaint, really modern inside, bar area nice and service was great, was a bit expensive but you expect that in hotels. Bedroom was lush, was had a new room and was spacious with big bed and lovely views - very romantic location. Had breakfast which was good, not buffet though but advantage is everything is hot and you know it hasn't been sitting there for ages. We went out into Stratford and Warwick which are really local. Definitely would go back again, good value for money".
