'Brilliant service and value for money'
We spent last weekend at the Brook Madison hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was fantastic value for money, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we had a very relaxing weekend there. We hope to stay again in the future.

'Comfortable and well-placed hotel for a weekend break'
We had an excellent stay here. The rooms were attractive and the staff very friendly. There is a great deal to do in the neighbourhood and the hotel is very conveniently placed for trips out. Thoroughly recommended.

The reception staff were pleasant and efficient. We stayed as a DBB and the food was excellent, highly recommend the chicken in masarla sauce. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel has been furnished with great care and attention throughout. We will certainly stay here again. 

Excellent accommodation and service
We stayed just one night as we were going to a wedding in the area the following morning. The room was just the right size with enough drawer/wardrobe space for short break with plenty of mirrors and wall plugs to be able to sit and get ready easily using shaver/hairdryer/straighteners etc. Spotlessly clean and extra supplies we needed we just rang reception and they were brought up immediately. Breakfast was excellent, my wife had hers in the room which was brought fresh and on time. I had mine in the dining room and it was excellent. We had been a bit worried about noise as we had a room at the front immediately above reception (hotel is on an island junction) but good double glazing meant we didn't hear a thing. Staff were very helpful and we are already planning to return.

I would recommend anyone to stay here, staff very helpful food very good, bus stop 5minutes away, maybe 10mins if very bad legs, rooms spacious & clean beds very comfy & pillows soft, telephones & iron/ironing board in all rooms. Can't fault it.

Fantastic stay
I was doing a course locally so me and my partner along with our 10 month old daughter booked into the madison. Everything was ideal. They had even put a travel cot in the room (we normally take our own). Fabulous stay and looking forward to returning for a leisure stay sometime soon.

Good for the price
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and spacious and there was ample free parking. We did not eat at the hotel for an evening meal or breakfast so cannot comment on the food. We would recommend this hotel to a friend.
