CPT Running Club

Staying at the hotel? Why not take the opportunity to run off the weeks stress. It's a run on Saturday mornings at 11am catering for all levels of fitness. OUr aim is to bring some fun into the run, helping you enjoy the training session. Richie and his team of personal trainers from Chester Personal Training will be there to help you all the way. On joining The Spa you will receive a complimentary consultation with a Fitness Instructor or Spa Therapist depending on your selection of membership.
