We stayed here recently for a family function and had a fantastic time. The food was exquisite - we had a snack when we arrived which was out of this world, our children’s food was excellent - it tasted fantastic and was obviously freshly cooked and not mass produced.Our food at the family function was brilliant - and very generous portions - much to my husbands delight! We had a problem with one of our children being poorly in the night, my husband went to speak to reception who sorted out another room for him and my eldest son so they were not disturbed it was all done so easily and there was no hassle for him.

Due to its convenient location and excellent facilities I chose this hotel to hold my 60th Birthday Celebration for 30 Family and Friends and could not have asked for a better venue. The quality of food and service was first rate with all staff doing whatever they could to ensure everyone had a great time which we did. The variety of the selected menu met everybody's tastes and was excellently cooked and presented. We were also fortunate that the hotel had a singer in the bar which further added to a fabulous evening. A number of the guests also stayed at the hotel and all praised the quality of the rooms and service.

One of the guests arrived early in the morning following a long flight from New Zealand and the staff immediately organised her room so she could go and get some rest. Also two couples had young children, including babies, so the reception staff organised ground floor rooms close to the Emergency exits which were opened to allow easy access from the car park. This is not the first time I have used a Brook Hotel and each time I have been pleased with the quality of the hotel and friendly helpful staff. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for somewhere to celebrate that special ocassion with family and friends.

My husband and I stayed here while attending a friend's wedding. As we arrived the exterior of the hotel with the colorful flower baskets and traditional brick construction charmed us. The reception area was warm and inviting and the staff helpful and kind. The bed was so comfortable and we loved the homey bar and spent quite a bit of time with friends in there. It also served as a wonderful backdrop to photographs that were taken with the future bride and her family and the groom and his family.The dining area was done up nicely for the rehearsal dinner and the staff efficient and unobtrusive as we celebrated the upcoming nuptials. It was also very nice for our Full English breakfasts every morning! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on business in the local area. My collegues and I quickly agreed that the advertisement was spot on: conveniently located to Bracknell business park, quiet, friendly hotel with 4 star service. ?To begin with our arrival was warm and welcoming, with the reception staff quickly?answering any questions we had before we had to ask them. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and were routinely cleaned with our tea supplies replenished daily! Any questions or requests we had were answered quickly, with the staff going out of their way to cater to our needs.  

The food in both the restaurant and bar was served quickly and the staff were very attentive, even allowing us to make changes to the set meals. The food was enjoyable?and filling, and we chose to eat in both nights as opposed to going into the local village. What stood out about The Waterloo Hotel was the staff. The young ladies on reception ?were welcoming and helpful, quickly getting us extra towels and ironing boards. One receptionist, Amy, was always cheerful and helpful, which was increasingly comforting after a hard day at the office. Our regular waitress Rachel was extremely attentive and approachable, despite the number of shifts she seemed to be working, and we encountered her cheery disposition daily. Overall and extremely enjoyable stay and I have recommended them to my business? colleagues for future conference weekends.

We stayed at the Waterloo for a night to attend a friends wedding at the nearby "Rivervale" function venue. The wedding was timed for 2pm. So we had to be at the venue around 1.30. Check in time 3.0pm!!! Full of hope we arrived around midday, as did about 200 other guests. (I do exaggerate just a little) We all wanted to "please can we check in", we need to change; we need to do our hair. We need to freshen up. The staff couldn’t have done more. Without exception we all had our rooms by 1.00pm. A very nice short stay. I would certainly recommend this establishment.

As a resident of Crowthorne, it would be wrong for me not to try out this hotel, its bar and it's restaurant. I have also stayed here on one occasion, and have a colleague who works in London who regularly stays at The Waterloo. The Hotel exterior is stunning. An old Victorian (looking) building, which has a nice outside garden and ample car parking. The Waterloo surely looks welcoming from the outside. When you enter, the reception area is warm, and the staff are attentive.

I recently stayed at the Waterloo Hotel for 7 nights (8 days) on a work trip. The room was a good standard with a very comfy bed. I normally don't sleep very well in hotel rooms, but thanks to the quiet location and the comfort of the bed, I had 7 of the best nights sleeps I've ever had! The thing that really stands out with this hotel is the staff. Nothing was ever too much of an effort for them and they were always smiling and friendly. I'd definitely book myself back into the Waterloo Hotel.
