'Excellent Hotel' "I stayed at the hotel few times but my recent stay in June was excellent, could see lots of improvement in the hotel, attitude of the staff, cleanliness. Room were very clean and fresh. The dining area was clean, customer service was great. The location is fine and the hotel had the basic amenities required. Overall loved my stay in June 09." 'Very acceptable' "I am a disabled guy and I found the hotel to be of a good standard. The rooms were fairly good but no disabled shower just one in the bath. Could have been cleaner but it was ok. Breakfast was chaotic the fist day but good afterwards the staff were good. The food well cooked. I ate one evening meal, it was very good but lacked atmosphere as only a few guests were there. The location is so so but hey ho. I enjoyed it but can understand some of the negative comments because the public can be very hard to please (I owned a small hotel). Give it a try and make your own opinion." May 2009
'A pleasant stay' "Must admit the changes in the hotel from my last visit are phenomenal, the new Manager was available all the time and nothing was a problem. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Exceptionally good reception staff. The hotel looks clean and bar area may do with some live music." May 2009
