8 hour
Room hire, use of presentation equipment, all day tea and coffee with break-time
refreshments and lunch.
24 hour
All elements of 8 hours PLUS three-course dinner, accommodation and full English
breakfast.
Value Added Options
Some hotels have additional offers to their standard 8 and 24 hour packages during
a strictly limited period. Options will vary but they will be individual to the
hotel and may range from free wine with dinner or packages inclusive of rounds of
